About the role
HumLog Healthcare is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our busy medical-surgical unit in Abu Dhabi.
You will work within a multidisciplinary team of doctors, pharmacists and allied health professionals to plan, deliver and evaluate high-quality nursing care. We value clinical excellence, clear communication and kindness, and we invest in our nurses through structured mentoring and continuous professional development.
This is a full-time role on a rotating shift pattern (days, nights and weekends).
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, deliver and evaluate nursing care for an assigned group of patients
- Administer medications and treatments safely in line with hospital policy
- Monitor vital signs and escalate deteriorating patients promptly
- Keep accurate, timely records in the electronic health record
- Educate patients and families about care plans and discharge
- Support infection prevention and patient safety initiatives
- Mentor nursing students and newly joined staff
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)(Education)
- Active DOH (Abu Dhabi) nursing licence, or eligibility to obtain one(Certification)
- Valid BLS certification (ACLS preferred)(Certification)
- 2+ years of acute-care hospital experience(Experience)
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends(Other)
